上海第三钢铁厂在深化企业改革中，提出当前改革的重点是优化工艺技术装备结构，规划至本世纪末形成转炉－至连铸一型钢、电炉－全连铸－中厚板、电炉－薄板坯连铸－不锈钢板3条全新的生产线，使工厂的工艺技术装备基本达到国际先进水平。

Shanghai No.3 Steel Works proposes that the reform should be emphasizedon optimizing technology and equipment during deepening enterprise reform. Before the end of this century, the works projects to construct three new production lines, converter-sequence casting-section rolling; EAF-sequence casting-plate rolling and EAF-thin slab continuous casting-stainless sheet pioduction. The technoIogy and equipment of the works will reach the world-wide advanced level.
