介绍上海第三钢铁厂国产超低头板坯连铸机成功的热调试和试生产情况，以及该铸机的设备和工艺参数，总结热调试过程的成功经验和存在问题。
The successful heat-debug and experimental production of the ultra-lowslab continuous caster made in China were described. The equipment and process parameters ofthe caster, as well as the successful experience and the problems existed in the process werealso concluded.
