STEELMAKING PROCESS OF LOW INTERSITITIAL FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL

铁素体不锈钢最关键的问题是降低钢中的C＋N含量。文章对VOD、AOD以及VODC冶炼该钢种的生产工艺进行了比较，从经济性来看以VOD法或VODC法为佳，并对上述的三种工艺方法各自的不足之处，提出改进意见。

The key issue of making ferritic stainless steel is to reduce the C+N contentin steel. The difference in production of low intersititial ferritic stainless stcel among VOD,AOD and VODC processes is compared here. It is concluded that the VOD or VODC process ismore preferable with a view of productivity andlcost. Some improvements shall be taken tocompensate for the inadequacy in these processes.
