摘要
对斜轧技术的发展和传统斜轧“横锻效应”的副作用作的介绍和分析,并列举几种新型的斜轧穿孔和轧管设备的特点,提出用三步成型轧管工艺代替老式多工序轧管工艺以改造现有自动轧管机组。
The development of skew rolling technology as well as the negativeness ofCross-Forge Effect resulted by traditional skew rolling are described and analyzed. Some newequipments of skew roll piercing mill and steel tube mill is characterized. It is proposed thatthe outdated multipass tube rolling process shall be substituted by three-step forming techniqueto modernize the existing automatic tube rolling mill.
