摘要
本研究用0.3mol/LKOH溶液浸泡籽粒或叶片,分析了上农香糯的香味遗传.采用的品种除香稻品种上农香糯外,无香味品种有上农黑糯07和太湖糯.香稻和非香稻各杂交组合的F_1植株均无香味.在后代,各组合无香味与有香味的分离比例符合3:1.正反交没有差别,表明水稻香味是细胞核隐性单基因遗传,与细胞质无关.测交结果证明了这一结论的正确性.
The study was conducted at Shanghai Agricultural College in 1992, with soaking grains or leafblades in 0.3 M KOH solution for analysing the fragrance inheritance, using scented rice (Shangnong scented glutinous rice) and non-scented rice (Shangnong black glutinous rice 07 and Taihu glutinous rice) as materials. The F1 plants of various cross combination present non-fragrance at all, but in F2, the segregating radio of fragrance and non-fragrance accords with 3: 1. The reciprocal crossings show no difference, indicating that the character of fragrance of rice plant is recessive monogenic inheritance in nucleus without the relation to cytoplasm. The result of test cross also proved the correctness of this conclusion.
