摘要
以健康人红细胞C3b受体花环率为指标,观察不同浓度β─内啡肽对红细胞免疫功能影响。结果发现,低浓度时对红细胞免疫功能起促进作用,高浓度时则起抑制作用。加入一定浓度的纳洛酮后可以阻断β─内啡肽的作用,并对其机理及意义进行了讨论。
To investigate the role of β─endorphin in the regulation of RBC immune function,the effect of β─endorphin on healthy RBC c3b receptor rosette-forming rate(RC3bRR) was studied in vitro. It was found that Pendorphin at 10 ̄(-6)~10 ̄(-5)mol/L could depress RC3bRR,while at 10 ̄(-8)~10 ̄(-7) mol/L could enhance RC3bRR. The regulating effect of β-endor phin on RC3bRR was blocked by naloxone. Our results indicated that β-endorphin could regulate RBC immune function and this action may be mediated by opioid receptor.
