本文介绍快速检定嗜肺军团菌（ＬＰ）的双色免疫荧光菌团法。实验证明本法无非特异荧光菌团反应，敏感性较常规培养、玻片凝集和ＳＰＡ协同凝集试验高。是一种敏感、特异、快速和简便的新方法。适合于基层实验室采用。

This paper Presents a method for rapid detection of Legionella pneumophila(LP) with double specific antibodies and double color immunofluorescent bacterialclumps (DSAbDCIFBC).The results demonstrated that this method was very specific. Its sensitivitywas higher than that of routine culture, slide agglutination and CorsPA. Moreover, the two bispecific antibodies did not need fluorescence for lablelling.We concluded that this method was suitable for those less well-equipped labhatories
