摘要
本文采用多种指标检测42例白血病患者的红细胞、白细胞免疫功能,并与正常人作了比较。肿瘤细胞花环法测定白血病患者红细胞CR1活性结果比正常人明显降低(P<0.01);红细胞CR1活性抑制因子升高、促进因子降低与正常人相比均有显著差别(P<0.01),CIC比正常人明显升高(P<0.01);CD4、CD8也比正常人明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。提示:白血病患者红细胞和白细胞免疫功能均发生异常变化。此外,对急性白血病患者部分病例治疗前后的红细胞CR1活性及其免疫调节因子的变化进行了追踪检测以探讨其临床意义。
The immuno-function of erythrocytes and leukocytes was studied in 42 leukemia patients and compared with that of normal controls. According to the determination of ECR1CaR,the activity of ECR1 in leukemia patinets was significantly lower than that in normal controls(p <0. 01);CR1 inhibitory factors increased and potentiating factors decreased significantly in leukemia patients (P<0. 01 ). CIC was much higher (P<0. 01 )and CD4 and CDS lower (P<0. 01and P<0. 05,respectively). The resalts suggested that the immuno-function of both erythrocytes and leukocytes in leukemia patients was abnormal. Some Leukemia patients also had their ECR1 activity and immune intervention factors examined both before and after treatment in order to delineate their clinical significance.
