摘要
本文用热重法和差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)研究了鸡羽毛及加工产品的TG-DSC曲线.羽毛角蛋白的吸热转变温度在226~240℃范围内.羽毛越细,吸热转变温度越高,说明其结构越致密,羽毛加工产品在此温度内不出现吸热峰.本文为角蛋白的热加工提供理论依据.
The TG-DSC curves of the chicken feather and its products were detected by thermoanalyticmethod. The results showed that there was a endothermic peak in 226-240℃, and also the thnner feather thehigher temperature of the endothermic peak in the chicken feather, while there was no such endothermic peakin feather products. This paper Ptovided some data for the process of feather products.
