摘要
本文用ＳＤＳ聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）和ＳＤＳ聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ—ＰＡＧＧＥ）对鸡羽毛角蛋白进行分离，结果证实，鸡羽毛样品有３～４个区带，主要分布在低分子量区域（＜１７０００道尔顿），绒羽和副羽角蛋白主要分布在１００００和６０００道尔顿区带，正羽羽片和羽茎的角蛋白主要分布在１４５００和１００００道尔顿区带．
The keratin content of chicken feather was analyzed by means of SDS-polyacrylamide geleletrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and SDS-polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophorcsis (SDS-PAGGE,5.0-17.0% gradient). The result showed that 3-4 bands of electrophoretic patterns were observed, whichwere in the range of low molecular weight components (<17000 dalton). The keratins of down feather andaftershaft distributed principally in the bands of 1000 and 6000 dalton, while those of contour feather vanceand shaft in the bands of 14500 and 10000 dalton.
