魔芋组织培养器官发生综合因子的数学分析 被引量:5

摘要 本文在魔芋组织培养分化培养基的浓度选择、生物学性状调查和生理生化指标试验测定的基础上,应用因子分析法的数理统计手段.将试验结果的原始数据进行了综合信息处理.综合分析了魔芋组织培养细胞分化及器官发生与细胞内部的生理生化代谢、培养条件之间的相互关系.主要结果表明:魔芋不定芽发生率、成苗率、每瓶成苗数之间正相关。这三者与魔芋愈伤组织生长呈弱负相关.在生化指标中,内源细胞分裂素iPAS与魔芋不定芽分化正相关.通过促进DNA、RNA的生物合成,提高CAT、PAL、POX酶活性而起作用.CAT酶活性与成苗率的正相关性极显著.分化培养基中适宜的6-BA、IAA浓度与iPAS、CAT活性正相关,也促进魔芋不定芽的分化. Band on the medium selection of hormone concentration and kinds,the study of biological characters and the experimental results of physiological and biochemical targets,interrelations of Amorghophallus rivieri cell differentiation and organogeny with physiological and biochemical matebolism in cells and with culture conditions were analyzed by mathematical method.The main result was given as follows.There were positive interrelations of advenhtious bud formation ratio of A. rivievi,plantlet formation ratio and plantlet numbers in each bottle, and negative interrelations between callus growth and three mentioned above.It had positive interrelations between endocytokinin iPAS and A. rivieri adventitious bud formation ratio.The biosynthesis of DNA,RNA and the activity of CAT,PAL POX were ruled by iPAS.Therewas very significance in Positive interrelations between CAT activity and plantlet formation ratio. In differentiation media adaptiVe 6-BA,IAA concentration had positive interrelations with endocylokinin iPAsand activity of CAT.And they had advantages to A.rivicri adventitious bud formation.
