摘要
鸡后口吸虫（Ｐｏｓｔｈａｒｍｏｓｔｏｍｕｎｇａｌｌｉｎｕｍ）的糖原细胞位于精巢的周边，初级精母细胞以８个细胞为一簇，次级精母细胞以１６个为一簇，精子细胞以３２个为一簇呈玫瑰状排列．并逐渐移向精巢腔．精子细胞成熟过程中出现特殊分化区域。成熟精子分两部分，头段含两根鞭毛轴丝和一圈约３８—４０根左右的膜下微管为特征．体段含两根鞭毛轴丝和核．线粒体及糖原．而膜下微管仅出现在背、腹侧．两根鞭毛轴丝不等长，一根直达末端，另一根终止于体段中后部，线粒体远端之前．体末端仅含一根鞭毛轴丝．无膜下微管．
Spermaltozoa and spermatogenesis in the trematode, Postharmostomum gallinum was observed by using TEM.Spermatogonia were located at the periphery of the testis.In the testicular iumen, there are a number of rosettes of 8 primary spermatocytes,16 secondary spermatocytes.32 spermatids.The spermatids under developing showed the special area called zone of differentation(ZD),peripheral microtubules appear between the nucleus and the cell membrane. The meture spermatozoon is identified as two regiona The anterior region originated from the ZD. which usually has a continuous circle of peripheral microtubules. The principal region contains the nucleus,the mitochondtian,two iocorporated axonemes in lateral positions and microtubules located only on the dorsal face and ventral one. The terminal contains only one axoneme and no microtubules.Abnormal spermatozoon is also discussed in this paper.
