摘要
樟疫霉(PhytoPhthoracinnamomi)是疫霉属中很难在培养条件下形成孢子囊的菌种之一。本文在比较了以前两个诱导方法的基础上报道一种能诱导产生大量孢子囊的方法。其方法是:该菌在低浓度的胡萝卜汁液培养基(Carrotjuicebroth)中培养18h,经连续三次无机盐溶液冲洗后(每次间隔1h),光照条件下于去离子水(无菌)中培养。在3~4d内能产生大量孢子囊。本结果进一步证实了樟疫霉孢子囊的形成需要有一个营养条件急剧下降的过程。
Phytophora cinnamomi is considered one of the few Phytophthora speciesthat difficultly. Produce sporangia in pure culture. An improved method was developed forstimulating the fungus to produce more sporangia in liquid culture as compared with the twoprevious reported methods. The procedure of this method was as follows: A low-concentration carrot juice broth was inoculated with chopped hyphae and incubated for 18h, Thegrowing mycelial mats were washed three times at 1-hour intervals with a mineral solution,and finally incubated in sterilized deiopized water (SDI) under fluoresent.light. This result,producing more sporangia, further supports the presumption that sudden privation of nutrients of the fungus growing in liquid media is needed for its sporulation.
