摘要
豌豆(PisumsativumL.)是我国重要的豆类蔬菜之一。本文根据上海地区自然、地理和经济特点,结合现有的品种资源条件,对该地区菜用豌豆育种中有关产量、熟期、品质和抗性等重要经济性状提出了具体的改良目标。鉴于上海地区菜用豌豆品种的多样性,着重讨论了该地区的罐装和速冻青豌豆、软荚豌豆、籽粒鲜食豌豆及苗用豌豆的育种要求和方向,可作菜用豌豆育种工作者在制定今后育种策略时的参考依据。
Pea is an important crop with many uses. In this paper,the breeding objectives of vegetable pea varieties,which are used for canned pea,freezed pea,pod-eating pea andshoot-eating pea,are discussed according to the natural and economic conditions in Shanghaiarea.The breeding strategy for canned pea,freezed pea, pod-eating pea and shoot-eating peapresented here could be for reference in the pea improvement process in Shanghai area.
