摘要
1988~1991年研究了广亲和品系02428几个农艺性状的遗传。结果表明:02428与晚粳配组,其株高、剑叶长、剑叶宽、主穗总粒数、有效穗数、第一枝梗数有明显的杂种优势,其中以有效穗数最明显,离中亲杂种优势达59.06%,其次是主穗总粒数(42.44%)。02428与秀水11组合六世代平均数遗传分析表明:株高、剑叶长、有效穗数存在显性效应;剑叶宽、穗长、10粒长、百粒重存在加性效应;第一枝梗数既有加性效应,又有显性效应,但以加性效应为主;总粒数的遗传较复杂。相关分析显示:有效穗数与百粒重和10粒长有显著正相关;总粒数与其它性状相关不显著。目标性状的重组率以回交后代为高。
Obvious heterosis was observed in plant height(PH), flagleaf length(FL),flagleaf width(FW),number of total grains per main panicle (NTGMP),number of effective panicles(NEP),and number of primary branches(NPB) in hybrids from the combination of wide compatibility line 02428 and late-season japonica rice. The heterosis from mid-parent value was highest in NEP(59. 06%), and higher in NTGMP (42. 44% ). Genetic analysis based on the means of 6 generations from 02428/Xiushui 11 showed that PH,FL and NEP were mainly controlled by the dominant gene effect jFW,main panicle length(MPL), 10-grain length(10GL) and 100-grain weight (100GW) were controlled by the additive gene effect;while NPB was largely affected by the additive gene effect and secondly by the dominant gene effect; heredity of NTGMP was complex. Correlation analysis showed that NEP was correlated with 100 GW and 10 GL3NTGMP was not correlated with the other traits. The recombination rate of the target traits was higher in backcross generations than in the other segregation generations.
