摘要
选用鹿岛麦、尺八大麦、三墩红四棱、木石港3号和嵊县无芒六棱5个大麦黄花叶病抗性品种为亲本,通过品种间杂交,统计F_1和F_2发病率,来确定不同品种的抗性基因等位性。研究结果表明:鹿岛麦和尺八大麦的抗大麦黄花叶病基因是等位的,或者是紧密连锁的;其它品种的抗性基因彼此都是不等位的。由此可以推知5个大麦黄花叶病抗性品种存在着4种不同的抗性基因,因而可以找到与Ym、Ym2和ym3不同的新的抗大麦黄花叶病基因。
Five BaYMV-resistant barley varieties, Ludaomai, Chebadamai, Chebadamai, Sundunhongsileng, Mushigang No. 3 and Shenxianwumangliuleng, were selected as test materials and crossed each other. The allelism of resistant genes from different varieties were determined by Ba YMV disease incidence in F1 and F2 generations. It was showed that Ludaomai and Chebadamai had allelic resistant genes or high closed linked resistant genes, and others had non-allelic resistant genes. It was deduced that 4 non-allelic genes were included in 5 resistant varieties. According to the results obtained in the present study, new Ba YMV-resistant genes different from Ym, Ym2 and ym3 may be found.
