黄瓜苗期过氧化物酶活性的变化规律及其与抗枯萎病的关系 被引量:12

摘要 试验结果表明,接种后,黄瓜抗病品种过氧化物酶活性变化较小,感病品种过氧化物酶活性变化较大。叶片一旦出现萎蔫病症,过氧化物酶活性急剧上升。未接种的黄瓜苗期过氧化物酶活性与接种后苗期枯萎病抗性之间具高度相关性,与苗期枯萎病病情指数间相关系数r=0.949,由于苗期过氧化物酶活性在一定时间内处于相对稳定,因此可用苗期过氧化物酶活性预测黄瓜品种抗枯萎病性。 The results of this study showed that after inoculation with fusarium wilt pathogen,the peroxidase activity of wilt-resistant cucumber varieties exhibited only a little variation while the peroxidase activity of susceptible varieties exhibited a greater variation.The peroxidase activity rose sharply once the leaves of seedlings became wilted. The peroxidase activity of seedlings before inoculation correlated highly to the fusarium wilt resistance of these seedlings after inoculation,the correlation coefficient between the peroxidase activity and the disease incidence was 0. 949. The peroxidase activity of cucumber seedlings can be used for forecasting the resistance to fusarium wilt in various cucumber varieties because the peroxidase activity of cucumber was stable at seedling stage.
