摘要
本文概要介绍上海桑塔纳2000轿车的转向系统与制动系统,其中对桑塔纳2000采用的动力转向系统的基本原理、结构作了分析,并通过与现桑塔纳机械转向的对比试验,显示出动力转向的优点。 在本文后一部分介绍了上海桑塔纳2000轿车的制动系统:前轮采用制动盘和分泵直径比现桑塔纳更大的钳盘式制动器,后轮制动采用了制动鼓和分泵直径比现桑塔纳更大的简单非平衡式制动器。此外又分析了带串联式制动总泵的制动助力器的结构,并作了制动力分配与制动热负荷的计算。
This paper mainly introduces the steering syetem and braking system of SVW Snntana 2000. The basic principle and structure of the power-steering system for Santana 2000 are analyzed. Compared with the mechanical steering system, the advantages of the power-steering system can be greatly shown.In the second half of this paper it introduces the braking system of Santana 2000. The front wheel uses disk brake with caliper whose brake cylinder has a bigger diameter than the present one. The rear wheel uses drum brake and simple non-balanced brake whose brake cylinder has a bigger diameter than the present one. The structure of the- brake assistor with series brake master cylinder is analyzed. The brake force distribution and brake- heat load are calculated.
