摘要
通过剖腹取胎生物净化手段获得SPF级昆明小鼠,然后在清洁级屏障室内严格遵照随机交配法(本文采用五组循环交配法)进行昆明小鼠的交配繁育和维持,建立了循环交配至10代的群体。统计该群体的有关参数后发现其生产力和遗传质量都有了较大的提高,说明远交群动物采用随机交配法有其优越性和必要性。
pecific pathogen free KM mice were obtained from Cesarean section. Random mating system (rotational mating) was established to produce and maintain the mice in the barrier system. The growth rate and reproductive performance and genetic profiles were measured and detected in the fifth and tenth generation of the random mating groups. The results were compared with those of the chance mating group.and was verified that the random system mating method is an important measure for the maintenance of outbred colonies.
