摘要
用饲菌加肠系膜上动脉不全阻断的方法,观察实验大肠缺血─再灌流所导致的肝、肺功能改变与全血及组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的关系。结果发现,犬肠缺血——再灌流后血液及肺、肝组织内SOD含量明显下降并伴有肺、肝功能的明显损害。这提示,肠缺血——再灌流导致了机体氧化能力的明显下降,其肝、肺功能的损伤程度与其组织内SOD的下降水平有关。
The portal circulation was reduced by partial occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery, and the consequent influences on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and organs functions were studied. The results showed that there was a marked reduction in SOD contents in the liver,lung and blood accompanies by the functional impairment of the organs damage after ischemia and reperfusion.
