摘要
在介绍一般激励概念的基础上,论述了高水平运动员激励的概念与本质、激励与去激励的动态关系等理论问题。
In the present paper,several theoretical problems,such as the concept and the essence of the top athletes' stimulus,the dynamic relationship between stimulus and destimulus,are discussed on the basis of introducing the general stimulus concept in details.
