通过访问座谈、问卷等研究方法,提出浦东新区90年代竞技体育的发展战略与对策:成立体育处,统一领导全区体育工作;以田径为基础,足球为龙头,并抓好游泳项目;提高教练员的业务水平等。

By using the methods of visits, forums and questionnaires, the authors present the strategies and countermeasures for developing the athletic sports of Pudong New District in 90th. They are as follows: to set up a sports department in order to direct the athletic sports in this district, to take athletics as the basis and football as the lead and develop the swimming events as well, to improve the professional level of the coaches.
