摘要
本文采用随机等效线性化分析方法,对高速客车中无法采用线性系统理论分析的非线性环节进行数学处理;在频域上来评估车辆运行的平稳性和舒适性。并以准高速209HS转向架的双层客车为计算实例,选择旁承支重最佳摩擦阻力矩的范围,为高速客车转向来的参数选择和优化以及动力学性能预测提供有效的途径。
In the design of high-speed passenger trucks, most nonlinear elasticelements,such as airspring,side bearing and lateral robber blocks, etc,areused in the truck suspension system,The dynamic behhavior of the high Speedvehicle is nonlinear caused bv the nonlinearities of the wheei rail rolling contactgeometry and the truck suspensions,The linear system theory can′t be used todetermine the dynamic characteristic of the vehile in the frequency domain。This paper used the statiscal linearization method to determine the responseprobality structure and the vehicle dynamic performance,such as the ridequality and the truck hunting speed,The double deck passenger car with thetruck 209 HS is simulated by the computer program NLRAP,the optimum frictiontroque of the side bearing is suggested。
