A Study and Analysis of the Jing-Hu Rapid Transit Railway’s Econoinic Effect and its Funds Raising

本文对京沪高速铁路建设所需的资金投入量、建设时期与资金的关系、技术取向与资金的关系等进行了深入分析，从各种渠道探讨了资金筹集的方法，并得出了建设期年度资金运用和资金来源匹配表，在此基础上，对该建设项目的效益作了财务评价和国民经济评价。

In view of the fact that the construction of the Beiing-Shang-hai Rapid Transit Railwiay is a system engineering,firstly,this thesisstudies the scale and characteristics of the construction of this high speedline, analyses the relationship between fund(M),time(T) and the construc-tion of the project(S):S=f(M,T),and also analyses the relationshipbetween the technology seale and tht fund,Priced at prima facie priceexpectation,the amount of fund needed in constructing the high speed line is calculated in this paper.Secondly,the thesis analyses the fund resource of the railway construc-tion and its crux,The thesis also compares the advantages with the dis-advantages of various types of railway operation, considers all the methodsof raising funds, and proposes the idea of“Ownership by the State Rail-way,Raising fund5,Sharing benefit”,On the basis of this idea, the thesisprovides an annual fund balance sheet of the project cohstruction and aset of diagrafn and tables of cash flow.Finally,the paper studies and calculates the related technology’eco-nomic and operation indictors after the Beijing-Shanghai Rapid Transit Rail-way has been built,e.g. transport capacity demanded and its real capacity,fare,journey time,operating cost,transport income,taxe rate and recover-ing time of investment,The thesis also gives a whole process of railwaybusiness financial evaluation and national economic evaluation.
