摘要
应用ATRA对42例各种不同类型白血病细胞进行了体外诱导分化研究,结果发现经ATRA1~5μm浓度体外诱导分化后,26例APL患者获得了与临床疗效相一致的结果。ATRA诱导分化细胞除形态趋于成熟外,还伴有功能上的成熟。经ATRA治疗后,所有APL病例的CFU-L形成明显减低,正常造血祖细胞集落则恢复至正常水平。表明ATRA除有诱导APL细胞分化、成熟这一特性外,在参于造血重建中有重要作用。
he induction effects of All一Trans Retinoid Acid (ATRA)on leukemic cells from42 leukemic patients of different types were studied. It was observed that after inductionwith ATRA 1~5μM,26 Acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) patients obtained the sameeffect as those of clinical therapy both in vitro and in vivo, and showed functionalmaturity as well as morphological maturity in peripheral, bone marrow and inducedclls. After ATRA induction, the formation of the Ieukemic Cell Colonies FormingUnits(CFU一L)decreased in all APL patients,while the normal CFU一GM restored tonormal levels.All these suggest that ATRA may play an important role in CFU一GMresiliency in addition to inducing APL cell differentiation and maturity.
