摘要
本文报道了应用石英管原子捕集火焰原子吸收法测定海水中痕量铅的测定效果,共存离子的干扰与消除,给出了方法的精密度、回收率及同石墨炉原子吸收法的比测结果。
A method for the determination of trace Lead in seawater by atom-trapping AAS is described. The sample is treated by APDC/MIBK extraction combined with the back extraction by nitric acid to eliminate the matrix interferences. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.29μg·Pb/L in seawater is 7.9% and the recovery is 97—108%. The results are in good agreement with that by GFAAS method.
