147例新生儿血浆蛋白C值的动态观察

PLASMA PROTEIN C LEVEL IN NEWBORN

１９９１年１０月～１９９２年１２月间对１４７例出生１～８天正常新生儿作血浆蛋白Ｃ（ＰＣ）活性值测定，并进行动态观察。１～８天ＰＣ值（％）分别为４６．０１±２２．２０，３１．０３±１３．２５，３３．４６±１１．１９，４９．０２±１４．１７，３４．４７±１４．３３，４６．８５±１６．３７，４６．１９±１３．６５，３９．１６±１３．０５，各日龄组间经统计学处理，有１、２组，１、３组，２、４组及３、４组，Ｐ均＜０．０１。第２、６组，４、５组，５、６组Ｐ＜０．０５，均有差异。从ＰＣ活性值表明新生儿出生后第２天ＰＣ值明显下降，第４天回升。

rotein C(PC)levels were detected in 147 newborn during October 1991 to Decem-ber 1992. From the first day to 8 th day after delivery the levers of PC are 4 01 ±22.20,31.03±13.25,33.46±11.19,49.02±14.17,34.47±14.33,46.85±137,46.19±13.65, respectively.There are statistics significances between group 1 and 2, grovp 2and 3,4,(P<0.01).PC level decreased in the 2nd day and returned to normal in theforth day.
