本文研究了Zn^(2+)对缢蛏受精卵、担轮幼虫、D型面盘幼虫和稚贝生长发育的影响,及EDTA对上述不同发育阶段生物体中Zn^(2+)的解毒作用。
The effects of Zn^(2+) on the embryonic and larval developments of Sinonovacula constricta and the detoxification of EDTA were studied. The hatching rates of fertilized eggs were negatively linear with Zn^(2+) concentrations (r=-0.9914, n=10), 24h L_(C_(50))=1130μg/L. Zn^(2+) could increase 10—18% of the survival rates of the D-veliger larvae as its concentration was≤25μg/L and increase 19—26% of the survival rates of the spat as its concentrations was≤160μg/L. The toxicity of Zn^(2+) obviously decreased upon the addition of EDTA. As the ratio of EDTA to Zn^(2+) was 6 (Zn^(2+) 400μg/L), the trochophore larvae could normally develope to the spat stage. As the ratio of EDTA to Zn^(2+) was 4, both the survival rate of spat and the growing rate of the shell were higher than those of the control group within 6 days.
