摘要
本文以市售黄鳍鲷(体重96—225g,体长150—250mm)的肾细胞为材料,注射入PHA,用空气干燥法制片,姬姆萨染色,对其染色体组型进行了分析。
The present paper deals with the karyotype of Sparus latus Houttuyn.
The metaphase chromosome specimens were prepared from kindney cell injected PHA. Air-drying technique and Giemsa stain were used.
The results show that the diploid chromosome number of Sparus latus Houttuyn is 48. The karyotype consists of 2 metacentric chromosome pairs, 1 submetacentric chromosome pairs, 2 subtelocentric chromosome pairs, and 19 telocentric chromosome pairs. The total number of chromosome arms is 54. There is a pair chromosome witn secondary constriction in t group. The average relative length of individual chromosome in the chromosome complements falls within the limits of 5.63±0.45 to 2.45±0.23.
