大学生心理障碍分析

PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS

对１１６例大学本科生心理咨询门诊资料的统计分析，发现大学生心理障碍的种类依次是焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍、适应障碍、精神分裂症及其他心理障碍，另有约１／１０的就诊者虽有心理逆遇，但未能构成疾病诊断。临床心理咨询常采用心理治疗与药物治疗相结合的方式进行干预，３０例疗效结果初步表明，临床心理咨询是干预大学生心理障碍的有效手段。资料分析结果还提示男、女大学生心理障碍的种类有不同，男性更常见焦虑障碍，女性较常见抑郁障碍。

College mental health is one of the services in mental health care because the college students always experience a variety of stress.This report showed the clinical data of 116 students with psychological and psychiatric problems at a Counseling Clinic.The common disorders diagnosed among them were anxiety disorders,depressive disorders,adjustment disorders and schizophrenia.Most of them were treated and managed by psychosocial approaches and medications.The results also showed that the psychological distress associated in the male students was not same as in the females.For example,the males preference suffered from anxiety disorders,and the females were more associated with depression.
