摘要
大鼠ig-硒化卡拉胶(140mg·kg-1·d-1、70mg·kg-1·d-1和35mg·kg-1·d-1×30d),测定各组大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及膜蛋白组分高分子多聚物(HMP)含量变化。结果表明:大鼠igχ-硒化卡拉胶(140mg·kg-1·d-1×30d)可显著提高SOD活性(P<0.05),而对膜蛋白组分HMP无显著影响(P>0.05)。
Effects of χ-selenocarrageenan on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and protein components (high molecular polymers,HMP)of erythrocyte membranes were studied after rats were given ig χ-selenocarrageenan(140,70 and 35 mg·kg-1.d-1×30d). By comparison with NS control group,results showed that SOD activity was significantly increased(P<0.05) after χ-selenocarrageenan(ig 140 mg.kg-1·d-i×30 d).There were no effect on protein components (P>0.05) In all χ-selenocarrageenan groups.
