摘要
在Schoenfeld所提出的单因素生存分析的最小样本含量计算公式基础上,推广到多因素等级资料生存分析的最小样本含量计算公式。对于生存时间概率分布不能确定的情况下,给出了用预试验所收集到的数据计算样本含量的公式,并给出实例。根据实例所计算出的样本含量进行随机模拟,用推广了的计算方法计算的样本含量足以达到预先给定的功效。
In this paper,the author have extent to the formula of sample size in survival analysis and the field of its application based on Schoendfeld's sample size.This author also has improved the approximate accuracy of the sample size formula. An example of the sample size calculation was given in this paper.Monte-Carlo simulation was performed for all cases in the example.The results for Monte-Carlo simulation indicated that the rates refusing the null hyperthesis were close to the power values given in the example for the sample sizes in the example.
