蚊幼虫致病真菌──印度雕蚀菌游动孢子的生态因素观察

ECOLOGICAL FACTORS INFLUENCING RELEASE OF ZOOSPORES OF COELOMOMYCES INDICA

作者观察寄生于三带喙库蚊幼虫体内的印度雕蚀菌的生态因素。结果表明该菌游动孢子由成熟孢子囊中逸出及逸出后在水中的活力可受温度、水质等因素的影响。在３５℃、ｐＨ６．５～７．２的蚊幼虫孳生地水中，经１８ｈ，游动孢子的逸出率达１００％，在水中活力也强。低温、高温、水的清洁度、水中含氧量及光照等因素均可影响游动孢子的逸出。生理盐水可抑制游动孢子的活力及逸出。

The Coelomomyces indica is an obligate parasitic fungus in the haemocoele of Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae.Zoospores were strongly viable and were released rapidly from the mature sporangia in breeding water at 35℃. Release was 10b% in 18 hours. Experimental observations indicated that the release rates of zoospores and their viability in water were affected by various ecological factors, such as temperature, water quality(oxygen contents) , in addition, the release and survival rates of the zoospores were also influenced by Hank's solution and other factors.
