摘要
采用柱层析方法从人羊水提纯Mr17.5×10 ̄2(SPB)及Mr6×10 ̄3(SPC)两种疏水性肺表面活性物质蛋白质,研究其表面活性作用。结果显示:人工合成磷脂与不同量蛋白质配比的肺表面活性物质(PS)具有不同的肺表面活性作用,人工合成磷脂分别加入SPB与SPC均能降低PS表面张力,提高其生物活性,但以联合SP(SPB与SPC混合者)效果最佳。人工合成磷脂与SP的最适比例为100:2。
The hydrophobic surfactants SPB and SPC were isolated by column chromtography and their biological activities studied. The results suggested that the surface tention was reduced while the surface activity was increased when SPB or SPC added to synthetic phospholipids. The optium ration of the surfanctant protein and synthetic phospholipid was fount to be 2:1OO.
