摘要
采用原子吸收光谱分析法,对闸北区和南汇县中风高危人群(SPP)血清微量元素Zn,Cu,Fe和常量元素Ca,Mg含量作了抽样调查。结果发现闸北区SPP的Cu,Ca,Ca/Mg明显低于南汇县SPP和对照组,而Zn,Fe,Mg,Zn/Cu则高于南汇和对照组。Ca,Ca/Mg与血压呈负相关,而Zn/Cu与血压呈正相关;Ca/Mg与身体指数和胆固醇呈负相关;Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu与红细胞压积呈正相关;Ca,Ca/Mg与低密度脂蛋白呈负相关;Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu与增龄呈正相关。提示脑中风发病与Cu.Ca较低而Zn,Pe,Mg较高有密切的关系。
his paper presents the results of a sample survey in Zhabei district and Nanhuicounty. The serum level of Zn, Cu,Fe, Ca and Mg in stroke-prone patients(SPP)weredetermined with GGX-II Atomic Absorption Spcctrophotometer. It was found that thecontents of Cu,Ca,and Ca/Mg of the SPP in Zhabei were significantly lower thanthat in Nanhui and control,while Zn,Mg,and Zn/Cu of the SPP in Zhabei were signi- ficantly higher than that in Nanhui and control.There was a significantly negativecorrelation between Ca,Ca/Mg ang BP,between Ca/Mg and BMI,and Ch,betweenCa,Ca/Mg and LDL-cb, while a significantly positive correlation between Zn/Cu andBP,between Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu and Hct,between Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu and aging,This suggeststhat the incidence of stroke is closely related with the lower contents of Cu,Ca andhigher Zn,Fe,and Mg。
