摘要
本实验利用兔大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)脑缺血模型,将实验动物随机分成单纯缺血组、缺血前用药及缺血后用药三组。结果发现:单纯缺血组脑组织内H2O、Na+、Ca2+含量随缺血时间延长而递增(P<0.01),而K+含量则降低;缺血后24小时两用药组与单纯缺血组相比,H2O、Na+、Ca2+含量均降低(P<0.01),K+含量则升高。而缺血后用药组变化更明显;两用药组比较,缺血后用药组明显优于缺血前用药组(P<0.01),且缺血后用药组与对照组比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05).故可以认为雅伴对脑缺血脑水肿有保护作用。
e examined a quinone compound Idebenone (Avan),used as a cerebral metabo-lism activator,for the protective effects on rabbit foal brain ischemia model of cere- bral artery occlusion(MCAO).40 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: simpleischemia,pretreatment and posttreatment groups. Avan suspended in 5% Arabic gumsolution was orally daministered by gavage.In pretreatment group,Avan was in doseof given 40 mg/kg at 1h and 24h before ischemia,In posttreatment group,Avan(80mg/kg)was given 30′ after operation. We measured the Na+,K+,Ca2+and H2O contentsin brain 24h after operation. The difference between treat ment and simple ischemicgroups were singificent (P<0. 01).In both treated groups H2O,Na+,Ca2+ contents weredecreased. Posttreatment group changed even more greater as compared with pretreatmentgroup(P<0.01).These results suggested that Avan has some protective effects on braincdema of focal cerebral ischemia.But its detailed mechanism and discrete effects resu- lted from different timing of medication still remains to be discussed。
