摘要
作者采用多聚酶链反应(PolymeraseChainReactionPCR)技术检测染色体长臂上的DYZ-1基因,用44例羊水进行了产前胎儿性别鉴定,其中23例证实为男性,21例为女性,同时用常规羊水细胞培养进行染色体核型分析,二者结果符合率达100%,结果表明PCR技术用于产前胎儿性别鉴定具有特异性强、灵敏度高、正确率高、方法简捷等优点。
olymerase chain reaction(PCR)assay was used to amplify DYZ-1 gene on the Ychromosome in 44 amniotic fluid cells for determining fetal sex. 2 3 fetuses were foundto be males and 2 1 fetuses were found to be females.Meanwhile the karyotypes of 2m- niotic cells were analyzed by the conventional cytogenetic methods with a correct identi- fication rate of 1 00%. The results show that using PCR technique for determiningfetal sex is reliable,sensitive,rapid and simple.
