摘要
用细胞化学胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶(CMP酶)作为溶酶体标志物,来研究大鼠腹主动脉结扎造成心肌细胞肥大后溶酶体降解线粒体过程。研究结果表明在结扎后20周线粒体主要降解方式是线粒体直体和溶酶接融合,然后线粒体逐渐降解,而线粒体的自噬小体形成是非常少见的。
ytochemical cytidine monophosphatase(CMP ase)was used as a marker of lysosomeIn the rat hypertrophied myocardium induced by ligation of the abdominal aorta.The results in the present study suggest that the main pathway of mitochondrialdegradation within 20 weeks after ligation is by direct fusion of mitochondria withlysosome,then the mitochondria are progressively degraded,but the formation of mito-chondrial autophagosomes is rare.
