摘要
本实验报道结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支,造成急性心肌缺血后,血液、部分脑区、垂体及心肌组织中神经降压素免疫活性物质含量显著升高,且并有心肌收缩力减弱、左心室压最大上升速率降低,左心室压峰值下降,血压下降,心力环面积缩小等心功能抑制的变化。提示神经降压素参与急性心肌缺血时心血管反应的调节。
n this study, the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery was ligatedto produce acute myocardial ischemia in rat. The dynamic changes of immunoreactiveneurotensin (ir-NT)content during ischemia was determined with radioimmuno assay.The results showed that the levels of ir-NT in plasma, some brain areas,pituitary glandand myocardium was markedly increased Meanwhile the left ventricular myocardialcontractility parameters such as dp/dtmax, ventricular systolic pressure, total area offorce loop and blood pressure were markedly decreased. It suggests that the neuroteniintakes a role in the modulatory reaction in acute myocardial ischmia.
