肺癌患者治疗前后VWF：Ag、Fg和Fn的变化 被引量：3

摘要 本文检测肺癌治疗前后ＶＷＦ：Ａｇ和Ｆｇ和Ｆｎ三项指标的变化。结果表明：化疗组前后，ＴＮＭⅠ、Ⅱ期鳞癌（８例）的ＶＷＦ：Ａｇ和Ｆｇ的Ｐ值均＜０．０５．Ｆｎ＞０．０５；腺癌（７例）的此三项指标Ｐ＜０．０５～＜０．００１。放疗组前后，鳞癌（４例）和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期鳞癌（５例）、腺癌（７例）的三项指标均无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．手术组前后，Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鳞癌（１１例）的三项指标Ｐ均＜０．００１，腺癌（８例）除Ｆｎ外，其余二项指标Ｐ＜０．０５和＜０．００１。最后对上述变化作了讨论。
