摘要
本文在剖析国外铝板冷轧全油润滑剂的基础油和添加剂的基础上。研究用国产基础油和添加剂配制铝板冷轧工艺润滑剂，其综合性能──润滑性、洗涤性、耐压性、稳定性、安全性等满足生产工艺要求，可以替代进口的润滑剂。
On the ground of analyses of bodying oil and additives of whole-oil lubricant from abroad used in cold-rolling of aluminum plate,a lubricant for the same purpose is prepared from domestic bodying oil and additives,the comprehensive properties(lubricity,washability,stability,resistance topressure,security etc.) of which satisfy the requirements of technology.So it may take the place of the lubricants from abroad.
