应用环转炉生产金属化球团的半工业性试验 被引量:5

THE PILOT TEST OF METALLIZED PELLETIZING USING ROTARY HEARTH FURNACE

摘要 根据国外最近研究的以环转炉为主要设备的Fastment直接还原工艺(该工艺在使用原料和还原剂方面具有较大的灵活性),北京科技大学与舞阳钢铁公司合作,设计并建造了一台直径3m,生产能力为3000t/a的转底炉试验炉,进行了两次半工业性试验,本文着重介绍了第二次试验情况。试验结果表明,添加有机粘结剂后,普通球团和复合球团湿球抗压强度都在29.4N/个以上,干球在88.2N/个以上。采用复合球团可明显提高金属化球团品位,在本次试验条件下,TFe由77%~78%提高到82%~87%。 Abstract According to the higher flexibility in raw materials and reductants of Fastmet, a DR process, using rotary hearth furnace as main equipment, developed recently abroad,the Beijing University of Science and Technology and Wuyang I &. S Works have jointly designed and constructed a rotary hearth furnace with diameter of 3m and capacity of 3000t/a. Two pilot experiments wrer conducted with this furnace. This paper presents the results from the second experiment which have shown that after adding organic binder, the green pellet strength exceeds 29. 4N/P and that of the dried pellets exceeds 88. ZN/p both for conventional pellets and composite pellets. Using composite pellets as burden, the iron content of metallized products increased remarkbly(from 77% ̄ 78% to 80 % ̄ 87% TFe) .
