摘要
介绍了以Ｆａｓｔｍｅｔ法和Ｉｎｍｅｔｃｏ法为代表的敞焰加热含碳团矿的直接还原法的发展状况，分析了这种海绵铁生产方法与目前广泛应用的竖炉法和回转窑法相比所具有的优点，讨论了敞焰加热直接还原过程中的再氧化问题和这种工艺对原料的要求。
Abstract The development and current status of direct reduction of carbon-contained pellets in open-fired atmosphere, such as Fastmet process and Inmetco process, are introduced. The advantages of this approach compared with the widely used Midrex process and SL/RN process are summarized. The probolem of reoxidation of sponge iron in open-fired atmosphere and the requirements to the raw materials of pellets are discussed.
