广西柳州市1976~1990年蛇伤流行病学研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对柳州市1976~1990年15年蛇伤流行病学作了一次回顾性调查,在全市五区两县共查20506927人次(年均人口数1367128.40人)蛇伤数为1419人,总死亡69人,年均发病率为:6.92/10万,年均死亡率为0.34/10万,年均病死率为:4.86%。总致残84人,年均致残率为0.43/10万。通过调查知道柳州市毒蛇种类有:银环蛇、金环蛇、竹叶青蛇、蝰蛇、烙铁头蛇、眼镜蛇、眼镜王蛇等七种。并掌握了蛇伤的季节、致伤的人群、时间、场所及转归,为今后开展蛇伤的防治、教学、科研及蛇类资源的综合利用提供了科学的依据。 A retrospective study on epidemiology of wound bitten by snake from 1976-1990 in Liuzhou was carried out.In this study 20,506,927 persons from 5 districts and 2 counties were investigated(The mean of population every year was 1,367, 128 persons),1419 persons were bitten by snake,69 of them were died, mean incidence of this disease every year was 6. 92 in 100 thousand persons, mean of the mortality rate was 0. 34 in 100 thousand persons ,mean of fatality rate was 4.86 in 100 patients treated. 84 patients were disabled, mean of disabled rate was 0. 43 in 100 thousand persons. We had known 7 kinds of poisonous snake.i.e.silver cicle snake ,golden circle snake, green bamboo snake, viper,iron head snake cobra and glasses king’s snake, investigated in Liuzhou.It is understood on the season, population,time, site, a turn for the better and worse of wound bitten by snake. It is to provide a scientific basis for launching a program on treatment ,prevention, teaching and scientific research of wound bitten by snake and comprehensive utilization of the natural resources for snake kinds from now on.
