摘要
暗黑齿爪鳃金龟(HolotrichiaparallelaMotschukky)幼虫是四川花生蛴螬的优势种。根据种群的六个重要聚集指标测定和应用m=α+βm,V=amb拟合结果表明:暗黑齿爪鳃金龟幼虫在花生收获期在土壤里的分布格局为普通集型,且呈现低密度,高聚集;高密度,低聚集的格局.同时得出,在田间取样时,最佳取样方法为“Z”字形取样;最适样方单位为0.5m2(1.0m×0.5m);
The spatial pattem and sampling techniques of larvae of Holotrichia parallela Mostchulsky were conducted by using six aggregated indexs, Iwao and Taylor methods. The results indicated that the spatial distribution of larvae in soil where peanut was harvested was a typical aggregated dispersion, with the patterns of high density with low aggreation and low density with high aggregation. “Z”sampling was the optimun sampling method. 0.5m2 was the optimun sampling unit and 80 dens of peanut was the optimun number of sampling.
