本文报道了太阳能反光材料氮化锆膜层对盐酸、碱及食盐水溶液的耐腐、耐潮湿及紫外光老化试验结果。
This paper describes the anti-corrosion tests for a solar reflecting material Zirconium Nitride thin film, including the anti-corrosion test against hydrochloric acid, alkalic solution, sodium chloride solution, the damp-resisting test, and the ultraviolet light aging test.
