摘要
从辽宁省水稻主要产区采集了156份稻瘟病标样,单孢分离获得了46个菌株,进行病菌生理小种鉴定.利用全国统一鉴别品种,鉴定出7群12个生理小种.其中ZG1,ZF1和ZD1小种从出现次数和频率着,是辽宁省目前的优势小种,ZB17和ZC7是新出现的小种,对推广的抗病品种有威胁,应引起育种和生产部门的注意.利用日本单基因系鉴别品种鉴定表明,目前已知的抗瘟性基因中,Pi-Km和Pi-Z1基因较为理想,可以利用.辽宁省目前的水稻主栽品种均不同程度感染稻瘟病,须加强田间药剂防治.
samples of rice blast were collected from Liaoning Province and 46 monospore strains were identified.The results showed that 7 groups or 12 physiological strains were detected by using Chinese differentiating varieties.Among them,strains ZG1,ZF1 and ZD1were prevalent races,while strains ZB17 and ZC7 were new ones. Through the test on Japanese monogene differentiating lines,the results revealed that the genes of Pi -Km and Pi-Z1 were suitable to be used. The leading rice varieties in Liaoning Province were all susceptible to rice blast,therefore,fungicides should be used in the heavy rice blast years.
