组织培养生产高山红景天有效成分的研究　Ⅰ．高山红景天愈伤组织的诱导与培养

Studies on Producing Effective Medicinal Ingredients of Rhodiola sachalinensis by Tissue CultureⅠ.Callus Induction and Culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis

以高山红景天的叶片、子叶、茎和根为外植体。诱导产生了大量的愈伤组织．筛选出适于愈伤组织大量培养的固体培养基．以６ＢＡ４～８ｍｇ／ｌ，ＮＡＡ２～２．５ｍｇ／ｌ为最佳激素种类和浓度．研究了固体培养条件下愈伤组织生长规律，绘制了生长曲线，并筛选出优良的细胞无性系．

The callus was induced and cell culture system was established with a piece of leaf,rotyiedon,stem and root of Rhodiola sachalinensis.The experiments showed that good callus growth was obtained on a medium containing both BA 4 ￣ 8mg/l and NAA 2～2.5mg/l.The pattern of callus glowth was found out and the good cell clones were selected.
