摘要
以硅系球铁为对象(为减少石墨形态对金属基体的影响),从晶格常数的变化来研究硅系铸铁的硅脆性.最后得出:Si原子(离子)溶入铁素体晶格后可使其晶格常数减小.晶格常数的变化与硅脆性对应,可以通过往硅系铸铁中加入适量的合金元素,能使α-Fe晶格常数增大的方法来部分地抵消Si的不良影响.
This paper mainly studies on the brittleness of silicon series ductile cast irons by thevariation of crystal lattlice constant (in order to reduce the effect of graphite shape on metalmatrix).A conclusion is drawn that the silicon atom(ion)can solute into ferrite crystaland reduce the crystal lattice constant.The variation of lattice constant corresponds to siliconbrittleness.Suitable alloy elements which enlarge the ferrite crystal lattice constant weveadded into the silicon cast rion to counteract partly the bad effect of silicon and a briefexplaination is given.
