摘要
采用化学浸泡法研究了铸造Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu合金的局部腐蚀行为,结合磷复肥生产的介质条件,研究了材料的击穿电位、保护电位、点蚀的形成过程、合金元素对蚀孔形成的影响,并且考察了合金的晶间腐蚀特性.由此,对材料的耐局部腐蚀行为进行了综合评价.
Chemical immersion technique and eletrochemical etching analysis were employed toinvestigate the local corrosion behavior of cast Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu alloy.These items which were dis-cussed include breaakdown potential.protection potential.influence of alloying elements on theformation process of pitting and intergranular corrosion characteristics of the alloy.Base on these studies,local corrosion performace of the alloy was evaluated in full.
